Oxygen is among the most common by products in streams resulting from thermal or catalytic conversion of biomass, solid waste or agricultural waste resources. The level of oxygen varies depending on the type of the feedstock and the process used. It is recognized that most downstream conversion processes use catalysts that are very sensitive to oxygen contamination. ZETA offers a wide range of adsorbents and catalysts designed to eliminate oxygen impurity and condition the stream prior to downstream processing.
AG-XD
Active Components: CuO-ZnO

High surface area and high oxygen uptake mixed metal oxide adsorbent effective at 15-80 C and used in regenerative mode. It offers high stability and robustness under typical process conditions.
AG-LD
Active Components: Fe2O3 - Fe2S3
Form: Tablets
A novel composition using iron oxides that traps oxygen through a surface chemical reaction. Adsorbent is regenerated using sulfidation.
